Add a new article

Now you have started your blog and it is still empty. It is time to add your first article to it. It is quite similar as adding a blog. Please go through the following steps to fill in your blog with a new story:

  1. Open Blog posts page: 'Online store' (Fig. 6.4 - [ 1 ]) > 'Blog posts' (Fig. 6.4 - [ 2 ]) > 'Add blog post' (Fig. 6.4 - [ 3 ]).
  2. Type article title (Fig. 6.5 - [ 4 ]).
  3. Write article content (Fig. 6.5 - [ 5 ]). Foodly theme has a secrete weapon to help you effectively manage this section. It is shortcodes. More about shortcodes that could be used in content section is in special chapter of this paper.
  4. Choose the article author (Fig. 6.5 - [ 6 ]).
  5. Choose the blog which will be include the current article (Fig. 6.5 - [ 7 ]).
  6. Choose image for article. This images will be used on the article page (Fig. 6.5 - [ 8 ]).
  7. Make the article visible, if necessary (Fig. 6.5 - [ 9 ]).
  8. Type tags (Fig. 6.5 - [ 10 ]).
  9. Save article (Fig. 6.5 - [ 11 ]).
