Emails are a primary method of communication the store with customers. The customer gets an email letter when he paid the goods or registered in the store or when goods are have been shipped and in many other situations.

Shopify has 15 predefined email templates for using. To open the list of those email templates, please go through the following steps:

  1. Click 'Settings' (Fig. 1.1 - [ 1 ])
  2. Click 'Notifications' (Fig. 1.1 - [ 2 ])

If you don't satisfied with template you can reset email template to default by clicking 'Reset to default' button (Fig. 1.1 - [ 4 ]). To open email template editor click on email heading (Fig. 1.1 - [ 3 ]).

Foodly theme has email templates which have been designed for every standard Shopify email. Using of Foodly email templates are easy:

  1. Copy code of email template from list below by clicking 'COPY CODE TO CLIPBOARD' button
  2. Open online editor for email templates (Fig. 1.1 - [ 3 ])
  3. Choose 'HTML email' tab (Fig. 1.2 - [ 5 ])
  4. Paste code to field (Fig. 1.2 - [ 6 ])
  5. You can preview your email (Fig. 1.2 - [ 7 ]) or send test email to your email address (Fig. 1.2 - [ 8 ])
  6. Save the changes (Fig. 1.2 - [ 9 ])
